All Halal Mutton/Sheep are free-range and bought from approved British farms.









Halal hand slaughtered in a HMC approved slaughterhouse. Individual products can be HMC certified with a sticker upon request..









Refrigerate all fresh products immediately when you receive them. Freeze any frozen items unless you'll be using them on the same day. All fresh meat can be frozen within two days of receiving them.
